Easily add your HDMI output camera into an NDI network with this Kiloview N4 HDMI / NDI Bidirectional Converter. Mount the N4 on your camera's accessory shoe, connect your camera's HDMI output to the N4, and connect the N4 to your NDI network to enjoy all the advantages of NDI. The N4 features an HDMI output, which is either a loopthrough output while the N4 is encoding the input HDMI signal, or an output for when you use the N4 as a decoder. The N4 supports Tally signals and has a large Tally indicator. In addition, it supports PTZ camera control via IP, allowing you to use older PTZ cameras that feature HDMI output and supports RS-232 signals.
Power the N4 with a dedicated power supply or from your camera, via the USB Type-C port, or over PoE, making it simple to plug-and-play. In addition to encoding up to 1080P60 video for use over your NDI network, the N4 can also be designated as a webcam, allowing you to easily use the camera with remote video applications. An audio jack can be used to input analog audio or a headphone that supports mic in. The N4 can also be used off camera to decode the NDI stream back to HDMI, for display on an HDMI monitor.
